- The Solution: EZZI Operators come online 5PM to 9PM MON-FRI and 9AM to 9PM SAT & SUN for a total of 44 hours per week. Each operator is thoroughly trained to understand the client's corporate strategy and product offerings. All operators are college-educated trained and experienced customer-service professionals.
- The Cost: Online chat-based customer service operators starts as low as $7 per hour depending on the required operators' skill levels and qualifications.
